Free UK delivery for orders over £35.00. There is a delivery charge of £2.75 for orders less than £35.00.

For UK Priority we will fast track your order using Special Delivery or a courier. Depending on the products ordered, delivery to you could be next day or a few days for a personalised product. Please contact us if you have an urgent order required by a specific date.

The Export Air Mail option is for all delivery addresses outside of the UK.

You can return an item without reason for a full refund within 7 days but please note this does not apply to personalised or customised gifts.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. The following credit and debit cards are accepted: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch, Solo, Connect, Maestro, JCB.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to ship your order the same day or next day. Orders to UK addresses are sent by first class post. Orders to Europe generally take four business days. In the unlikely event we are out of stock you will be notified by e-mail giving the delivery time, with the option of an alternative or to cancel your order.
Shipping is free for orders over £35.00, for orders under £35.00 there is a charge of £2.75 to cover our costs. We use first class mail for our deliveries.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT at 17.5% is included in the price of the goods. Our VAT registration number 787 0999 56. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to settle any tax or duty in the destination country.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Credit card transations are through Sagepay. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using Sagepay's encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not see any credit card details.

Calls are charged at normal rates.
In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of dealing with Gifts For You Ltd, please inform us as soon as possible, by email, telephone or letter, in order that we can put things right without delay.
We will send you the following:
- an acknowledgement of your complaint within 5 working days (within 2 days by email)
- a full reply to your complaint within 14 days (within 7 days by email)
If, for some reason, we cannot deal with your complaint within these time limits, we will give you a reason for the delay, and a date by which your complaint will be dealt with.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
We take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, should you receive any products in less than perfect condition, contact us within 30 days to let us know and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. Please include full details of the fault, the date you purchased the goods and any invoice number or order number plus your contact details to assist us in processing your return and issuing replacement goods/refunds.
In this event we will also refund the cost of postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancellation of an Order
You have the right to cancel an order without reason within 7 working days after you receive the goods. If your purchase arrives in good condition, but you are unhappy with it, we will be happy to refund your money. It must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging and we will make a reimbursement within 30 days of the cancellation date. Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return of unwanted products.
If you wish to cancel your order within the 7 day cooling off period (seven working days after the day on which you receive them) you MUST inform us in writing either by email or letter, of your wish to cancel. You then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us.
Note, the seven day cooling off period does not apply to business to business transactions.
Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted. Some damage to the product packaging we do accept. Please note that when returning a cancelled item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. The postage cost is your responsibility and we strongly recommend that you send the goods by registered post. If requested we can send a pre-paid label for you to use to return the goods. The cost of the pre-paid label will be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions to cancellations or returns are any products we have modified, customised or engraved according to a customers request. Once work has started such as lengthening garments or engraving products we will make every effort to deliver the products quickly but modified items can not be cancelled or returned.
Any refunds due will be completed within 30 days from the date of the cancellation.
